Purchase & Refund Policy

Thank you for selecting our products today. Our purchase and refund policy are as below:

Purchases:

All purchases must be paid in full prior to release of goods.

If you are purchasing items for delivery or overseas - we will contact you and quote you for shipping charge which are not automatically calculated and included in the online order as this is greatly dependent on size and weight of order.

Refunds:

We stand behind our products and should your product have a problem we will repair goods or replace them depending upon what is required. This being said, normal care must be taken on all leather, suede, material, bone and wood products. Failure to general care and maintenance can lead to damage to our product. 

Please note that ALL products that we sell are Hand Made therefore small variations will always occur, this is the joy of the product we make as each piece will stand out from the next as unique.
